Job Responsibilities:

Prepare and execute a variety of menu items, including appetizers, entrees, and sides following established recipes.

Cook and grill food items according to specified methods, temperatures, and portion sizes.

Adhere to strict food safety and sanitation standards, including proper handling and storage of ingredients.

Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies before each shift.

Monitor cooking times to ensure timely preparation and service of dishes.

Ensure all dishes leaving the kitchen meet quality standards.

Work closely with kitchen team to maintain an efficient working environment.

Assist in monitoring inventory levels and notifying management of shortages.

Participate in cleaning and maintenance tasks to uphold cleanliness standards.
