Support the HR Department and Client Principal in employee development and operations.
Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, applicant screening, reference checks, selection coordination, and notifying applicants.
Facilitate onboarding and orientation of new hires, ensuring understanding of roles, company policies, and training requirements.
Monitor employee performance, attendance, punctuality, and policy compliance; provide feedback and basic counseling.
Recommend solutions for performance and disciplinary issues in coordination with management.
Promote and enforce workplace safety, including proper use of PPE and compliance with health and safety regulations.
Monitor operations and production output to ensure standards are met.
Prepare reports, notices for vacant positions, and submit performance updates.
Provide administrative support such as handling calls, filing records, managing schedules, and operating office equipment.
