What We Expect From You:
Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, awareness, traffic, leads,
and conversions across digital channels.
Manage campaigns on Google Ads (including App Marketing), Meta (Facebook/Instagram), affiliates,
partnerships, programmatic ads, and more—handling both acquisition and remarketing.
Optimize budgets for maximum ROI, focusing on cost-efficient scaling of acquisition and engagement goals.
Partner with data science, product, engineering, and business teams to enhance channel performance and
integrate marketing insights.
Run continuous A/B tests, audience segmentation, bidding optimizations, and ad placements to refine
campaigns.
Identify and test emerging performance channels to diversify growth efforts.
Track, analyze, and report on campaign KPIs; build and maintain dashboards at channel, cohort, or
campaign levels.
Collaborate with design and content teams to create high-performing ad creatives that resonate with our
fintech audience.
Must-Haves:
4+ years in performance marketing, with hands-on expertise in Google/Meta Ads, affiliates, MMPs (e.g.,
Appsflyer), analytics, and customer journey optimization.
Proven track record scaling growth in fintech, e-commerce, or high-volume digital environments.
Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making, ROI measurement, and tools like
Google Analytics, Excel, or BI platforms.
Excellent collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Analytics, Tech).
Creative problem-solver who thrives managing multiple campaigns in a fast-paced startup.
Ability to handle high-stakes budgets and deliver measurable results.
Nice-to-Haves
Experience in fintech/lending user acquisition.
Familiarity with SEO/SEM, influencer partnerships, or retention marketing.
