Responsible for providing exceptional beverage service and creating memorable experiences for members and guests in all club areas. This position combines technical mixology skills with a genuine focus on hospitality, ensuring that every interaction is personalized, professional, and aligned with the highest service standards. Additionally, this role works closely with the Food and Beverage team to maintain operational efficiency, spotless workstation presentation, and the promotion of products that enhance the dining experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION:
Know all members, their families, and guests by name, becoming familiar with their tastes, needs, and preferences.
Execute all assigned tasks efficiently, professionally, courteously, and with a sense of urgency.
Promote the club’s interests by actively participating in activities, events, and meetings of the Food and Beverage department.
Maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and supervisors.
Care for and keep operational equipment, tools, uniforms, and assigned electronic devices in optimal condition.
Ensure spotless cleanliness of glassware, bottles, shelves, refrigerators, and work surfaces.
Support the Shift Supervisor with bar and storage area openings and closings, as well as setup and breakdown of service stations.
Oversee the member experience regarding served beverages, ensuring satisfaction and handling special requests courteously.
Promote special drinks to enhance member experience and increase average consumption.
Accurately record consumption in the billing system, ensuring correct charges to the corresponding member.
Collaborate proactively with coworkers without waiting to be asked.
Develop cocktail menus alongside the supervisor and maintain wine inventory levels (by the glass and by the bottle).
Maintain a reasonable stock of products, communicating constantly with supervisors and management.
Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, ABILITIES, and/ or SKILLS
High school diploma (preferred).
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a bartender in high-end hotels, fine dining restaurants, or private clubs.
Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (B2–C1).
Solid knowledge of mixology and both classic and contemporary cocktails.
Knowledge of wines and food pairing.
Full mastery of service protocol.

REQUIRED EDUCATION
High school diploma (preferred).
Bartender certification.
Valid Food Handling Permit.
HEALTH AND SAFETY NEEDS
Ability to stand and move continuously for over 7 hours per shift.
Ability to lift and carry loads up to 20 kg safely.
Adaptability to work in environments with frequent temperature changes (cold to hot).
Fine and gross motor coordination for handling utensils, glassware, and equipment precisely.
Adequate visual and auditory capacity to operate in dynamic, high-interaction environments.
