We are looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Senior Mobile Developer/Tech Lead to support our Invest and Maintenance projects within the Enterprise Mobile app team. This position requires collaboration with all business lines to seamlessly integrate their needs into the mobile application.
This role features a Hybrid work schedule, requiring you to be present in one of our offices (Columbus, OH, Chicago, IL, Hartford, CT, or Charlotte, NC) three days a week (Tuesday through Thursday).
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical leadership to Scrum Teams and ensure the application's architecture integrity.
Implement the overall technical vision, taking into account cross-functional impacts and integrations across the organization.
Serve as a subject matter expert and champion for the mobile app and its architecture.
Oversee the mobile app and its backend infrastructure through the complete software development life cycle.
Ensure quality assurance metrics are met for thorough application testing.
Proactively address technical issues and risks.
Design and document automation solutions that align with business needs.
Mentor project team members and enforce development guidelines and best practices.
Lead change initiatives by influencing and educating Business, IT, and Sourcing partners.
Identify opportunities to minimize total cost of ownership in operational application support.
Support and consult on disaster recovery, reverse demand planning, and testing.
Qualifications:
Must be authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship.
7+ years of programming/systems analysis with relevant industry expertise.
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Hands-on experience in hybrid mobile app development using Capacitor and/or Cordova.
Experience with front-end development platforms such as Angular, Ionic, and Typescript.
Familiarity with UX design and A11Y is a plus.
Experience with CI/CD methodologies like GitHub Actions.
Knowledge of AWS lambda functions and IaC services such as CloudFormation or Terraform.
Strong understanding of unit, integration, and E2E testing practices for mobile applications.
Experience with security models like OIDC and OAuth token security, as well as Identity and Access Management products like ForgeRock.
Solid understanding of the Scrum Agile project management methodology.
Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Compensation:
The annualized base pay range for this role is $114,720 - $172,080, depending on experience, performance, and skills. In addition to base pay, our total compensation package includes various bonuses and recognition programs.
