As a Client Partner for Eliassen's Life Sciences division, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and fostering strong relationships with key clients in the US. We are seeking a dynamic professional with a proven track record in the life sciences industry who is adept at identifying opportunities for new business, engaging with decision-makers, and recommending tailored solutions. Key Responsibilities:
Sales Growth: Meet and exceed sales targets by cultivating relationships with key decision-makers, driving solutions, and successfully placing qualified professionals at client locations.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams and strategic partners to formulate and execute impactful sales strategies.
Marketing Strategy: Partner with the Marketing and Brand teams to maximize visibility and leverage market opportunities effectively.
Strategic Planning: Create and implement strategies that align sales execution with company goals and commitments.
Industry Insight: Stay informed of industry trends and market dynamics to maintain a competitive edge.
Leadership Collaboration: Collaborate with executive leadership to translate brand strategies into actionable sales initiatives.
Data Analysis: Assess sales and operations data to monitor progress and enhance overall sales force effectiveness.
High-Performance Environment: Foster a collaborative and accountable environment, driving results across the team.
Talent Development: Champion skill development within your team through comprehensive training and resource development.
Team Leadership: Support and lead a team of Client Partnership professionals to advance Eliassen Group's growth and implement innovative sales and marketing strategies.

Education and Experience:
To be successful in this role, you should possess an undergraduate degree (B.A./B.S. required) and have a minimum of 5+ years of notable experience in sales and business development within the life sciences sector—particularly in Quality & Regulatory, Data Sciences, and Clinical Operations. Direct team management experience is preferred, along with a proven ability in coaching and skill development. Strong personal accountability and commitment to organizational success are essential.
Base Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000
This salary will be commensurate with experience levels and past achievements. A competitive commission structure based on performance will be part of the compensation package.
