Main Responsibilities

Lead and grow the Core product engineering team.

Enable the team to deliver high-impact, critical services in the areas of storage architecture, observability, and scalability.

Collaborate and prioritise with Product Owners to create flows and systems that handle complex engineering workflows.

Align with other engineering teams to ensure synchronization and seamless development across the organization.

Foster an excellent engineering culture guided by our company values and engineering principles.

Hire and develop team leads as the organization grows.

Core Requirements

Senior developer background with exceptional technical skills in backend development.

Architecture-level expertise in storage systems, observability, and scalability.

Experience with Go language strongly preferred (other backend languages considered).

Experience scaling systems and implementing robust security practices.

Strong technical leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to collaborate effectively with product teams and other stakeholders.

Proven track record of delivering sophisticated technical solutions.

Interest in continually learning about AI technologies and infrastructure.

Strong delivery focus and technical excellence mindset.

Salary Ranges

Gross salary is 6700 - 8600 EUR.
