About the Role:
This is a subject matter expert position responsible for administering and advising on:
FMLA (federal & state)
ADA & ADAAA compliance and interactive process
Short-Term & Long-Term Disability
Paid & unpaid statutory leaves
Return-to-work processes
Intermittent leave and recertifications
You’ll work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment supporting employees, managers, and HR teams while ensuring compliance across federal, state, and local regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess, adjudicate & manage FMLA and ADA claims
Guide managers & HR on ADA accommodations & compliance
Coordinate concurrent leaves with STD & Workers’ Compensation vendors
Maintain documentation & ensure SLA compliance
Identify trends and recommend process improvements
Support client onboarding & consult on leave best practices
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Bachelor’s Degree
5–10 years of Leave Administration experience
Strong ADA/ADAAA expertise and interactive process knowledge
Experience in organizations with 3,000+ employees preferred
Hands-on experience with HRIS/Payroll systems
Strong customer service orientation
