Your base pay will be based on your skills and experience, with additional team-based bonus opportunities. Please note that temporary associates are not eligible for benefits but can participate in the company's 401(k) program.

Your Responsibilities:
Collaborate with community management to provide personalized care to seniors, providing resident updates at the beginning and end of each shift.
Check in with residents, assist with dining and personal care needs, and perform vital signs checks and clinical tasks in line with community policies.
Support residents with daily living activities such as bathing, bathroom assistance, and dressing/grooming.
Completion of the State CNA or STNA course is required and ongoing certification must be maintained.
