We’re looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry / Data Labeling Specialist to help keep our information accurate and well-organized. You’ll work with spreadsheets and web-based tools to enter, clean, verify, and label data. This role is ideal for someone who’s consistent, focused, and accurate.
What you’ll do
Enter and update data in spreadsheets and internal systems
Review data for accuracy, completeness, and formatting consistency
Tag/label records (e.g., categories, attributes, statuses) based on clear guidelines
Identify duplicates, missing fields, or errors and correct them
Follow documented processes and meet daily/weekly production goals
Communicate issues or edge cases to a team lead for clarification
What we’re looking for
Strong attention to detail and high accuracy
Comfortable with Google Sheets or Excel (sorting, filtering, basic formulas a plus)
Ability to follow instructions consistently and work independently
Reliable internet and a distraction-free workspace
Comfortable doing focused, repetitive work while maintaining quality
Nice to have (not required)
Prior data entry, QA, moderation, or operations experience
Familiarity with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce) or admin dashboards
Experience with data labeling/annotation tools or content review
