Automotive Technician – A Level or B Level

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated A Level or B Level Automotive Technician to join our team. This full time position is ideal for a technician who values stability, professionalism, and long term career growth. The ideal candidate is dependable, takes pride in high quality workmanship, and works well in a team oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
Perform accurate diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a wide range of vehicles
Complete flat rate or time based repair tasks efficiently and professionally
Use scan tools, diagnostic equipment, and shop resources to identify issues
Document all work performed and recommended services clearly and accurately
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
Communicate effectively with service advisors and team members
Test drive vehicles to verify repairs when necessary
Stay current with automotive technology, tools, and repair techniques
Assist in maintaining shop equipment and tools
Provide excellent customer service through quality workmanship and professionalism
Qualifications
A Level Technician Requirements
Advanced diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills
Ability to handle complex repairs with minimal supervision
Strong understanding of modern vehicle systems (engine, transmission, electrical, HVAC, drivability, etc.)
5+ years professional experience preferred
ASE certifications strongly preferred
B Level Technician Requirements
Solid mechanical repair skills and ability to perform most maintenance and repair tasks
Basic diagnostic ability and willingness to learn advanced systems
2–4 years professional experience preferred
ASE certifications a plus
General Requirements
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Own a professional set of tools
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to work in a fast paced, team focused environment
Commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
Work Schedule
Full time, Monday–Friday
Stable hours with consistent workload
