Continuous Improvement Leader/EHS

Multi plant company recently purchased a 45 employee factory near Port Jervis, NY. The company is a big believer and practitioner of Continuous Improvement (CI) Looking for someone to be the leader in CI and handle EHS. Small factory so many wear different hats (duties). The corporation is putting money into this new venture such as software updates and new equipment. A very profitable organization that dominates its niche market. Salary is 75-85K range, bonus, 401K match, great benefits and they are a ESOP company. (Employee stock ownership plan) Non union setting, looking for someone who wants to take the initiative and make things better. Degree is a plus BUT must have experience out of a factory setting improving processes.
