Benefits and Compensation:

Hourly wage: $18.50 - $21.00

Earn an extra $2.00/hour (premium pay) for hours worked in a home setting starting from 6 pm

Wage increase for obtaining RBT certification

What You Will Do:

Engage and teach children through play, implementing tailored treatment plans

Observe, play, and gather data for writing progress notes

Assist children in acquiring essential life skills such as motor, social, and emotional skills

Work collaboratively on goals to transform challenging behaviors into effective communication

Make a meaningful impact in the life of a child!

Skills and Qualities We Are Looking For:

Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or ability to obtain within 45 days of hire

Experience working with children (e.g., counselor, daycare, nanny, school settings, ABA, etc.) preferred

High energy, playful, creative, and adaptable

Reliable - a person families can depend on

Physical ability to move freely and quickly, including getting up and down from the floor

Comfortable with technology, including learning data collection software and Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams)

Motivated to learn, work independently, and provide top-quality care

Passion for evidence-based methodologies that are scientifically proven

Availability for afternoon hours, starting between 2:30 pm and 4:00 pm, and working until 7 pm or 8 pm
