Team Overview:

The Growth organization focuses on building systems and features that catalyze user growth through systematic execution. By taking a comprehensive view of user journeys, we prioritize acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Your Responsibilities:

Architect and develop distributed systems.

Provide technical guidance and collaborate closely with management and stakeholders to define strategic roadmaps.

Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables using your technical expertise.

Mentor and train team members on design techniques and coding standards.

Design and implement foundational infrastructure components that serve every engineering team in production.

Write high-quality, well-tested code that meets customer needs.

What We Look For:

8+ years of software engineering experience.

Experience in architecting and developing impactful solutions to ambiguous challenges.

A passion for creating an open financial system that unites the world.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience navigating rapid growth within a company (transition from small to large engineering teams).

Familiarity with blockchain technology (e.g., Bitcoin, Ethereum).

Experience breaking down monolithic applications into microservices.

Knowledge of Golang, Ruby, Docker, Sinatra, Rails, and Postgres.

Background in building reliable financial or security systems.

Experience in crypto, including engagement with onchain activities, Ethereum addresses, ENS, and blockchain applications.

Base salary ranges from $218,025 to $256,500 USD, with additional bonus and equity components, along with comprehensive benefits.
