Job Title: SMT OperatorJob Description

We are seeking an experienced SMT Operator to join our team in the manufacturing of electrical and electronic assemblies. You will play a key role in supporting a variety of products and industries by designing, testing, and manufacturing electronic assemblies that integrate into larger products.Responsibilities

Set up feeder tables for use in SMT machines.

Perform kitting and operate other machinery as required.

Run and manage SMT machines efficiently.Essential Skills

1+ years of SMT experience.

Proficiency in soldering and electronic assembly.

Experience with surface mount technology and running SMT machines.Additional Skills & Qualifications

Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

You will work in a dynamic and supportive environment on the 1st shift, Monday through Friday, from 6am to 2:30pm, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch. This schedule allows for a stable routine and work-life balance.Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Oak Creek, WI.Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.50 - $20.50/hr.
