Job Summary
We are seeking a Financial Analyst to support financial operations through analysis, forecasting, reporting, and payroll processing. This role is 100% onsite in Columbus, OH. This position evaluates business trends, reconciles accounts, and provides fiscal guidance to support organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze financial operations, costs, revenues, and commitments to project future expenses and provide recommendations
Review accounting records and financial reports for accuracy and compliance
Perform complex reconciliations and resolve transaction errors
Monitor accounts receivable and allowable expenditures
Support audit processes and corrective action plans
Reconcile payroll and leave data; process off-cycle payroll as needed
Develop accounting procedures, reports, and documentation
Assist with cash management, fiscal year closeout, and debt collection activities
Minimum Qualifications
Candidates must meet one of the following:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field and at least 6 months of accounting or finance experience
OR
30 months of accounting or finance experience
OR
12 months of experience as a Financial Associate
OR
Equivalent combination of education and experience
Preferred Qualifications
1–3 years of financial analysis experience
Experience projecting revenues and expenses
Background in government, public sector, healthcare, or Medicaid financeCompany Description
