We are seeking innovative and proactive technical program managers who are passionate about solving intricate problems in robust cloud services and virtualized infrastructure. As a Senior Principal Technical Program Manager, your role will significantly influence the business by enhancing the systems that empower our customers' essential applications.

In this pivotal position, you will work collaboratively with various functional teams, leading the planning and design of technical solutions related to software development and GPU Data Center Infrastructure. Your focus will be on resolving critical business challenges in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where the ability to motivate and influence others is key to achieving successful project outcomes.

You will define project scopes, oversee timelines, and guarantee the timely delivery of value; organize and conduct status meetings; distribute progress reports; manage project risks and issues; and ensure proper planning for all assignments.

Continuous monitoring of projects from inception to completion is essential. You will coordinate activities across departments to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget. Additionally, you will provide technical guidance and mentoring to systems analysis and program staff.

Detailed collaboration with our technical architects, program managers, and product managers will be critical for understanding customer needs and developing effective solutions and products.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with experience engaging with business and engineering teams at all levels.

Develop a comprehensive understanding of business needs, establishing and maintaining high levels of customer trust and confidence.

Leverage extensive experience with software development processes and project management principles to optimize project success.

Analyze product performance metrics and efficiently diagnose and resolve issues.

Lead technical design discussions and summarize complex trade-offs in presentations and documentation.

Effectively represent engineering perspectives to partners, product teams, and executive leadership.

Engage with individuals and teams across various geographic locations and cultures.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain project roadmaps, setting realistic expectations while upholding standards.

Thrive in an innovative, fast-paced environment, adept at navigating ambiguity and conflicting priorities.

Contribute both as a lead individual contributor and as a team member, providing direction and mentorship when necessary.

Manage additional responsibilities as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, technology management, business management, or a related field.

5+ years of experience on a software or product development team working with cloud technologies.

10+ years of detailed experience as a technical program manager in a relevant field.

Advanced understanding of the product development lifecycle with experience in launching and managing customer-facing cloud services.

Proficient in communicating progress and findings to diverse teams, senior leadership, and various stakeholders.

Self-motivated problem solver who thrives in a dynamic, customer-centric environment.

Highly analytical and technically skilled, with a quick ability to learn new tools and market opportunities.

Preferred Qualifications

10+ years of program/project management, product design, or relevant experience.

Bachelor's degree in computer science or a relevant technical field or equivalent work experience.

Thorough understanding of public cloud infrastructure services, including Compute, Storage, Identity, and Networking.

Demonstrated knowledge of OCI, AWS, Azure, or Google IaaS, SaaS, and PaaS services.

Experience with GPU technologies, GPU Infrastructure, and Data Center design.

US: Hiring Range from: $109,200 to $223,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
