POSITION OVERVIEW
RealtyAds is seeking a driven and ambitious Growth Associate to elevate our expanding sales team. In this role, you'll be crucial in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities within the CRE sector, utilizing platforms like HubSpot, LinkedIn, and our internal systems to schedule meetings that drive success. This position is designed as a developmental opportunity to master essential sales skills with the goal of progressing into a full-cycle sales role at RealtyAds.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Research, identify, and qualify target CRE ownership groups and brokerage firms to reveal new revenue opportunities through proactive prospecting.
Assist in sales operations by employing tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn, and internal systems to manage outreach activities, track the progression of deals, and refine prospecting strategies.
Comprehend and navigate complex organizational structures within CRE to engage key stakeholders effectively.
Gain valuable experience across the entire sales process as a stepping stone towards a full-cycle sales position.
Develop the foundational skills needed to deliver engaging and effective product demonstrations.

EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS
1-3 years of sales experience in Tech and/or CRE.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
Entrepreneurial, ambitious, and competitive with a readiness to learn, accept feedback, and apply new skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in time management; capable of working independently and collaboratively while juggling multiple priorities.
Must be willing to work in-office five days per week at RealtyAds HQ (Chicago).
COMPENSATION
The base salary for this position at RealtyAds ranges from $50,000 to $55,000 per year. This salary is one aspect of RealtyAds' comprehensive compensation package, which includes variable compensation, exceptional medical and dental coverage, an unlimited PTO policy, and various other benefits. The anticipated total on-target earnings (OTE) for this position, inclusive of expected commissions, is $85,000 to $90,000 per year.
