Are you ready to push the boundaries of your capabilities?
At Coinbase, our mission is to enhance economic freedom across the globe. This is a colossal aim that demands the very best from us daily, as we build the forthcoming onchain platform and, in turn, the future global financial system.
To fulfill our mission, we seek a unique candidate who is passionate about our goals and believes in the transformative power of crypto and blockchain technology to revolutionize the financial landscape. We want individuals eager to leave a significant footprint, who thrive under pressure, and who actively seek constructive feedback to constantly improve. If you are excited about facing the company’s most challenging problems head-on, this is the place for you.
Our work culture is intense and may not suit everyone. However, if you aspire to build the future alongside outstanding colleagues and hold yourself to high standards, there’s no better environment for your growth.
While many roles at Coinbase embrace a remote-first model, we value in-person collaboration. Attendance at team and company-wide offsites throughout the year is essential and fully supported, fostering connection and alignment.
We are looking for Senior Software Engineers who can balance individual contributions with leadership in new projects, guiding technical strategies, and mentoring other engineers on the team. We greatly value intellectual curiosity and openness. Our collaborative environment encourages our engineers to think innovatively and take calculated risks while cultivating a culture of diversity, positive energy, and a commitment to blameless truth-seeking.
