Join us as a Cloud-Native Software Engineer, where your strong technical skills and collaborative spirit will help power our business. You'll work with Microsoft Azure to create secure, scalable, and high-performance solutions while deepening your technical expertise.

Job Description and Requirements

What You'll Do

Design and develop secure, maintainable, and scalable web applications that leverage object-oriented principles and modern architecture.

Construct and maintain solutions for seamless data migration and integration between various systems, enhancing workflow automation and data transfer processes.

Engage in design discussions, contributing innovative ideas to implement best practices focused on performance, reliability, and security.

Write clean, testable code and utilize automated testing, static analysis, and observability tools to ensure the highest quality and maintainability.

Work on both front-end technologies (modern JavaScript frameworks) and back-end systems (service-oriented architectures using .NET or similar).

Employ microservices, containers, and managed Azure services (including .NET, Cosmos DB, SQL Server, App Services, and Docker) to deploy scalable cloud infrastructures.

Utilize AI-assisted coding tools (like Copilot and Cursor) to enhance development speed, minimize repetitive tasks, and focus on impactful business solutions.

Collaborate closely with peers, designers, and product managers through pair programming, code reviews, and joint design sessions.

Contribute to documentation, improve engineering practices, and learn from senior engineers to enhance your skillset.

What We're Looking For

3-5 years of professional experience in building commercial-grade software and/or cloud-native applications.

Hands-on experience with cloud services, Docker, .NET, JavaScript, Cosmos DB, or SQL Server.

Strong understanding of object-oriented design, distributed systems, and modern development practices.

Experience with data integration concepts, including ETL workflows and API-based integrations (experience with Relativity Integration Points is a plus, but not required).

A proven ability to deliver collaborative solutions in fast-paced environments.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork abilities.

Relativity is committed to competitive, fair, and equitable compensation practices.
