Graduate Trainee Production

JOB DETAILS: Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic graduate to join our Production team.

The trainee will gain hands-on experience in manufacturing operations, process optimization, and production planning.

This is a fantastic opportunity to learn about the end-to-end production process in a leading FMCG company.

Key Responsibilities: Assist in monitoring production processes to ensure efficiency and quality.

Support the production team in meeting daily and monthly targets.

Help in identifying and resolving basic production issues.

Participate in continuous improvement projects (Lean/Six Sigma). Ensure adherence to safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Assist in maintaining production records and reports.

Qualifications and Requirements: Must be a recent Graduate of 2025 or 2026.

Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field from a recognized University.

Minimum of a Second Upper Degree.

A credit in Mathematics and English at O’Level.
