Description:
The Maintenance Technician plays a vital role in upholding the company's Mission Statement and values under the guidance of the Maintenance Manager. This position involves performing essential tasks related to troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining restaurant equipment efficiently and with minimal supervision. You will respond to unscheduled repairs swiftly and perform regular maintenance of equipment during designated working hours.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience working with large commercial equipment
Availability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
Ability to lift objects weighing up to 60 pounds
Principal Responsibilities and Activities:
Shift Operations: Ensure efficient product preparation and sales for prompt customer delivery, while protecting the moral, legal, and financial assets of the restaurant. Collaborate with all restaurant crew members to ensure equipment is in optimal condition and responsible for overall facility appearance and maintenance.
Leadership: Inspire crew members to meet customer expectations with friendly service and a clean environment. Create a professional atmosphere for customers and coworkers through a positive and courteous approach. Address customer feedback and complaints promptly and professionally.
