KPMG is excited to invite applications for the position of Manager, SAP Cloud Business Intelligence & Reporting within our Enterprise Solutions team as part of our Advisory Services practice.

Responsibilities:

Design and implement strategic data integration plans using SAP BTP, Datasphere, and Databricks to ensure smooth data orchestration across SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and other connected enterprise systems.

Develop sophisticated analytics solutions with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for planning, reporting, and predictive insights, while aligning with client performance management goals.

Introduce AI-driven innovations by integrating Joule and machine learning capabilities into business processes, enhancing decision-making through intelligent automation.

Manage integration pipelines and data flows, inclusive of ETL processes and real-time data streaming between SAP and non-SAP platforms using BTP and Databricks.

Support client transformation initiatives by contributing to solution design, estimating workstream scope, and offering technical expertise during both sales cycles and delivery phases.

Guide and mentor the data and analytics team, assigning responsibilities, overseeing delivery quality, and promoting innovation through reusable templates and automation frameworks.

Qualifications:

At least 5 years of experience in SAP data integration and analytics, including participation in a full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or a related field from an accredited institution.

Strong experience in designing data integration strategies using SAP BTP, Datasphere, and Databricks, including handling ETL pipelines and real-time environments.

Proven record of developing advanced analytics solutions with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) to achieve enterprise performance objectives.

Hands-on knowledge of AI/ML enablement through Joule and related technologies for intelligent automation and predictive capabilities.

Strong grasp of data architecture principles, encompassing data modeling, governance frameworks, and security compliance.

Demonstrated leadership and mentoring abilities within data-focused teams, fostering innovation through reusable templates and automation accelerators.

Willingness to travel up to 50-80%.

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring employment-based visa sponsorship presently or in the future.
