Embark on an Exciting Career as an Electrical Systems Integration Specialist!

In this impactful role, you will be at the forefront of integrating and validating cutting-edge electrical systems, ensuring optimal performance and compliance. Your skills will directly influence the evolution of our vehicles as you review device transmittals, construct vehicle-level logical schematics, conduct design assessments, and provide critical support for system validation and diagnostics. This position is essential to the success of our prototype and pre-production builds.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop logical schematics at the vehicle level.

Establish the DT structure within VSEM-GDT.

Approve various system components of the development team.

Ensure compliance with Generic Fusing and Grounding Strategies.

Conduct compatibility reviews and assess Systems FMEA.

Coordinate TDR preparations while collaborating with technical specialists and manage tasks using effective project tools.

Focus on Prototype Builds:

Provide configuration support for HIL/FDJ and DCV Breadboards.

Define feature configurations for different breadboard versions.

Verify the Bill of Materials (BOM) to confirm all required components are included.

Configure modules and update software according to standard protocols.

Conduct functional testing and troubleshooting as necessary.

Maintain documentation on BOM, software, and issues throughout the build process.

Support for Production and Plant Activities:

Assist in pre-production builds ensuring readiness of module software.

Troubleshoot functional issues and conduct end-of-line (EOL) testing with precision.

Provide exceptional support for DTC masking and urgent tasks as required.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies between development and production processes.

Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in systems integration and validation.

Preferred: Experience with electrical systems and automotive exterior lighting.
