Stratez Infotech is seeking to fill the position of MuleSoft Technical Lead for one of its customers. Stratez Infotech is a minority small business offering cutting-edge, data-driven technology solutions. Role: MuleSoft Technical Lead

Location: Columbus, OH (On-site, 5 days/week)

Travel: 100%

Job Description:

Lead discovery, design, and planning of enterprise integrations on MuleSoft. This role partners with product owners, SMEs, architects, and security teams to define integration requirements and translate them into a buildable backlog. The Technical Lead owns solution design and provides daytoday guidance to an offshore development team.

Key Qualifications:

Discovery & requirements (functional & nonfunctional)

Integration architecture & MuleSoft APIled design

Create architecture artifacts, API specs, and integration patterns

Security-by-design, observability, and compliance

Work with offshore teams: story decomposition, code reviews, implementation guidance

Enforce MuleSoft standards, testing strategies, and CI/CD practices

Production readiness & operational runbooksResponsibilities:

7+ years in integration engineering

3+ years leading integration delivery teams

Strong hands-on MuleSoft (Anypoint Platform)

API-led architecture, versioning, reliability patterns

Experience with geographically distributed teams

Strong stakeholder and requirements translation skills

Solid security/compliance knowledge
