Behavior Support Specialist & Family Liaison- Staff

Description: Behavior Support Specialists & Family Liaisons will be responsible for overseeing and managing youth behavior issues during program activities. The Behavior Support Specialists & Family Liaisons will work with Area leaders when necessary to develop plans to support youth behavior. The Behavior Support Specialists & Family Liaisons are responsible for documenting all behavioral interactions with youth and parents/guardians. This position may include evening hours to discuss camp disciplinary processes with parents/guardians.

Behavior Support Specialists & Family Liaisons will oversee all lunchroom operations including organizing groups, dismissing youth, and working with food vendor to ensure effective distribution of food and clean-up of the facility.

All Behavior Support Specialists & Family Liaisons are expected to follow safety and emergency procedures and guidelines.

Minimum Experience Required:

Candidate must have 1-year prior experience with LiFEsports or experience with youth sports programming

Camp dates will vary depending on your role and campsite.

Campus positions: June 8th, 2026 - July 2nd, 2026

There will be additional training dates for all roles the week before camp starts.

Pay is $20.00 an hour
