Optalis Health & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Dietary Production Manager to direct Dietary Services at our Riverview Care Center. Be a part of a team approach to patient care that allows you to build a special relationship with residents and co-workers in a long term care setting.

Our Dietary Production Manager will oversee all aspects of the Dietary Services including staffing, preparation of attractive and nutritional meals, scheduling, care and sanitation of the food service equipment, and ensuring adherence to State and Federal regulations, as well company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements:

2 years of Dietary Supervisory experience in a Long-term Care setting is preferred.

Prior experience in Long Term Care Dietary Services strongly preferred

Strong communication, organizational and time management skills.
