Position: Secretary / Administrative Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
Handling phone calls, emails, and office correspondence professionally
Managing schedules, meetings, and appointments
Preparing reports, letters, and presentations
Organizing documents and maintaining filing systems
Coordinating with management, designers, and clients
Supporting daily administrative and office operations
Requirements:
Previous experience as a secretary or administrative assistant (minimum 2 years preferred)
Excellent communication skills in English
Strong computer skills (MS Office – Word, Excel, Outlook)
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Good organizational and time management skills
Ability to work under pressure and multitask
