About the Role
We are looking for a confident, hands-on Growth Marketing Manager to own our end-to-end investor marketing efforts. This role is for someone who knows how to build demand, generate qualified leads, and make smart marketing decisions independently—not someone who waits for step-by-step instructions. If you enjoy blending strategy + execution, care about results, and are comfortable working within financial/compliance guidelines, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Build and manage investor-focused marketing campaigns (content, email, digital, partnerships, events)
Develop clear, credible brand messaging for the Company
Create and manage lead magnets, nurture sequences, and authority content (guides, case studies, webinars)
Decide which channels, content, and offers to prioritize (within approved budget and compliance rules)
Track performance and optimize based on data (leads, cost per lead, conversions)
Work closely with Investor Relations, leadership, and legal/compliance
Required Skills and Experience
Proven experience in marketing, generating leads, creating pitch decks, one-pagers, and other investor-facing materials
Strong background in content marketing and positioning
Experience in B2B, financial services, or real estate marketing is preferred
Comfortable working within a compliance or regulated environment
