We are seeking a dynamic Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) with a min of 2 yrs of corp training exp. to deliver training on .NET.
Training: Conduct engaging, effective training sessions on .NET tech, including C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Entity Framework, Angular, tailored to various skill levels.
Curriculum: Design, develop training materials, including course outlines, PPTs, code examples, assignments & multimedia content.
Assessment & Feedback: Evaluate trainees through quizzes, projects, code reviews, offering feedback.
Tech Support: Assist trainees in resolving coding challenges, debugging issues, fostering a deep understanding of Full Stack concepts.
QA: Develop, impl. a QC framework to ensure accuracy & relevance of training content, meeting client, learner expectations.
Collaboration: Work with trainers/SMEs/content developers to enhance overall quality, effectiveness
Documentation: Maintain records of training activities, learner progress, feedback for reporting, improvements.
Ideal Candidate
4 years of corp exp, delivering .NET tech, incl. C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Entity Framework, SQL Server, Angular, Microsoft Azure.
Exp.in designing curriculum, materials, assignments, & assessments for tech learners.
Exp. providing tech support, debugging & evaluating trainees
Must possess a valid MCT certification.
Strong presentation, public speaking skills
Prior exp. working with IT learning solutions, companies, corp. training divisions/consulting org. delivering .NET & Azure tech training.
Familiar with modern training tools & techniques, online learning platforms, corp learning frameworks, cloud-based development in Azure.
Preferred - Certifications in .NET tech, Azure, or related fields.
PS:- Must be willing & able to travel Pan-India for training.
Must have own laptop for training & development.
Must be willing to commit to a 2-year bond with the company.
