Provide executive-level leadership and continuity, supporting a capable team of 2 direct and 10 indirect reports
Serve as the finance liaison, ensuring alignment between operations, the executive team, and board committees
Maintain rigorous balance sheet oversight and integrated reporting, with a focus on asset/liability and regulatory controls
Participate in key committees; support accurate, board-ready financial communications
Uphold internal controls and business standards-ensuring smooth audits, regulator interactions, and compliant signoff flows Must-Have Skills/Experience (Required)
Executive-level financial leadership in banking, credit union, or insurance environments
Demonstrated CFO or direct C-suite experience, including supervision of finance/accounting teams
Command of balance sheet management, committee/banking board reporting, and regulatory engagement
