Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and sales-driven Tour Sales & Guest Experience Manager to enhance our guests’ stay while maximizing excursion revenue. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Russian and English, passionate about hospitality, and skilled in consultative sales.

This role focuses on delivering exceptional guest service while promoting snorkeling trips, manta excursions (Hanifaru Bay), sandbank visits, dolphin cruises, and other curated experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist guests during check-in and throughout their stay

Present and upsell excursions in a professional and engaging manner

Manage daily excursion bookings and coordinate with operations team

Communicate with guests via WhatsApp and in person

Ensure high guest satisfaction and positive reviews

Identify opportunities to increase excursion revenue per guest

Requirements

Fluent in Russian and English

Experience in tourism, hospitality, or sales

Strong communication and persuasion skills

Outgoing, confident, and customer-oriented personality

Ability to work in a fast-paced island environment
