The Operations Manager plays a critical leadership role in driving performance, operational excellence, and growth across a portfolio of supported dental practices. This individual partners closely with doctors and clinical leaders to optimize business operations, enhance the patient experience, and ensure financial and organizational success. The ideal candidate is a strategic, hands-on leader with multi-site management experience and a passion for building high-performing teams.
Responsibilities
Provide operational leadership and oversight for multiple supported practices within the region.
Partner with dentists and clinical teams to drive performance in patient satisfaction, revenue growth, and cost management.
Analyze KPIs, financial reports, and performance metrics to identify opportunities and implement action plans.
Lead, coach, and develop practice managers and administrative teams to achieve operational excellence.
Oversee staffing strategies, workforce planning, and talent development initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
Support onboarding, integration, and growth initiatives for new and existing practices.
Foster a culture aligned with company values, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Healthcare Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
5+ years of multi-site operations management experience, preferably in healthcare or dental services.
Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, P&L statements, and performance metrics.
Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to travel regularly within the assigned region.
Experience in dental or healthcare operations strongly preferred.
