Job Overview: We are seeking an Inspection Programming Manager to lead and manage inspection equipment programmers in the machine shop. This role focuses on safety, quality, delivery, and cost standards to ensure reliable and on-time delivery of quality parts.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in a machine shop environment.

5+ years of management experience.

Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams.

Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet operational objectives.

Ability to lead teams through organizational changes.

Strong focus on continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, and process/programming improvements.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to streamline inspection processes, equipment, and workholding techniques.

Strong working knowledge of CMMs and automated inspection equipment.

Experience with Zeiss CMM is preferred.

Must have access eligibility for U.S. export-controlled information.

Responsibilities:

Lead a team of inspection programmers.
