Role Overview
The Managing Director will provide strategic leadership and oversee daily operations, ensuring alignment between business goals and company vision. Based in the Dallas Metropolitan Area, this full-time, on-site role combines executive decision-making with hands-on operational oversight. The Managing Director will drive organizational growth, manage cross-functional teams, foster external partnerships, and oversee the development and execution of company strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Direct Placement Staffing: Recruit, screen, and place leadership talent for manufacturing and operational roles, building strong relationships with candidates and clients.
Warehouse Optimization Services: Market and sell optimization solutions, manage client projects from initiation to completion, and ensure measurable operational improvements.
Strategic Leadership: Guide organizational direction, evaluate business performance, and make high-level operational and financial decisions.
Operational Oversight & Compliance: Maintain accurate records, participate in strategic meetings, and ensure adherence to safety and OSHA regulations during site visits and project execution.
Culture & Team Development: Foster a positive, productive, and collaborative workplace culture, mentoring teams to achieve company objectives.
Qualifications
Proven leadership experience managing diverse teams and guiding them to achieve organizational goals.
Expertise in business development, operational management, and financial planning.
Strong understanding of technology and SaaS solutions; knowledge of automation and machine learning preferred.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Analytical mindset with experience in market analysis, KPIs, and data-driven decision-making.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
Experience in the technology, IT Sales, manufacturing, or SaaS industry highly desirable.
OSHA-certified candidates are highly desirable.
