The Cath Lab serves an adult population only.

The Cath Lab technician will function as the scrub for the Cardiologist and/or Vascular Surgeon during procedures.

The Cath Lab has 5 equipped rooms, including 2 Hybrid rooms.

The CVOR consists of 4 Surgical rooms.

A portable C-arm is utilized in CVOR cases.

Specific licensures and certifications are required.

Hours of operation are from 6 AM to 6:30 PM, three shifts per week, Monday through Friday.

On-call is a requirement with a 30-minute response time.

The facility operates with a bed size of 5 rooms in the Cath Lab and 4 in CVOR.

The dress code consists of scrubs provided by the facility.

General orientation and in-department training is provided.

The x-ray equipment used in the Cath hybrid room is Philips.

Typically, there are 3 twelve-hour shifts per week with varied on-call days.

The on-call schedule may fluctuate depending on the surgeon's schedule, with an average of two weekends per month.
