Job Description

As an IT Systems Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between IT and the business community. You'll be involved in identifying, investigating, and documenting application requirements while exploring technical solutions that leverage the best technologies for the enhancement of existing applications and the creation of new ones. This position will also allow you to guide and mentor less experienced members of the Systems Analyst IT team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and provide feedback to team members to ensure effective work direction.

Work collaboratively with functional teams and business analysts to gather and define technical and functional requirements.

Oversee and manage the execution of significant strategic initiatives.

Design logical solutions based on thorough architectural reviews.

Represent the Systems Analyst IT team in project work estimations.

Develop and customize applications on the Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) using PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, and other Oracle development tools.

Create custom reports, forms, interfaces, and workflows utilizing tools such as Oracle Application Framework (OAF), BI Publisher, and Workflow Builder.

Implement integrations through Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs, and SOA adapters.

Design custom solutions and enhancements for Fusion applications, including ORMB Financials.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.

Minimum of 2 years of experience with system requirements and supporting key business applications.

Proven experience in a leadership role, guiding others and providing direction.

Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship.

Strong analytical and technical problem-solving abilities.

Capability to develop criteria for decision-making and conduct unbiased technology comparisons.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in environments with regulatory compliance requirements (HIPAA, PCI, etc.).

Prior work experience within the PBM or healthcare industry.

Understanding of security implications relevant to the domain.

A desire for leadership and management opportunities.

Physical Demands

Willingness to travel up to 5% of the time.

Must be able to sit, use hands, talk, and hear on a constant basis.

Frequently reaching with hands and arms; occasional standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, and crouching.

May occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.

Vision abilities required include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

All employees are required to understand and adhere to security responsibilities unique to their roles as well as comply with applicable legal, regulatory, and internal policies and procedures.

The pay range for this position is $74,000.00 - $118,000.00 based on skills and experience.
