POSITION OVERVIEW
As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests and associates enjoy an exceptional experience. Your responsibilities include keeping our equipment running smoothly, maintaining pristine premises, and ensuring all guest rooms are in excellent repair. You will complete tasks outlined in the Green Shield Binder as directed by management, ensuring everything is done efficiently and to company standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Commit to delivering the best possible experience for guests and associates.
Operate independently to complete essential duties in accordance with company standards.
Respond promptly to guest requests and follow through diligently as per company guidelines.
Conduct thorough cleaning and maintenance of the property as detailed in the Green Shield Binder, ensuring a pristine environment both inside and outside.
Fulfill repair requests following the work order process, ensuring timely and professional execution.
Conduct preventative maintenance inspections and repairs per the Green Shield Binder.
Follow the daily Green Shield Inspection schedule to ensure all tasks are accomplished on time.
Maintain accurate records in the Green Shield Binder, including PM deficiencies and inspections.
Utilize established workflows and SOPs to meet company standards in all tasks.
Keep the maintenance area organized and secure, ensuring all tools are in good working condition.
Maintain cleanliness in boiler, electric, HVAC, and fire sprinkler rooms, adhering to company and local standards.
Ensure fire safety equipment is functional and inspections are up-to-date.
Comply with safety and security policies, including OSHA and ADA regulations.
Assist in pool and spa maintenance as needed, ensuring compliance with policies and local regulations.
Respond to emergencies at the property or sister locations as directed by management.
Coordinate with outside vendors when instructed.
ADDITIONAL DUTIES
Assist with cleaning various hotel areas as assigned by management.
Help maintain the overall cleanliness and orderliness of the hotel.
Perform other duties as requested by the management team.

COMPENSATION
Please note that compensation may vary based on role, experience, and location, in compliance with federal, state, and local wage regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or GED; plus one to three months of relevant experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Regularly required to remain stationary, be mobile, and operate tools and equipment.
Position requires ability to access low areas and balance while navigating heights.
Occasionally push/pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
Frequently work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Occasionally work near moving mechanical parts and in the presence of fumes or chemicals.
May require travel to assist at other sites within a reasonable distance.
