RPG Programmer Analyst

The RPG AS/400 Programmer is responsible for the development and maintenance of applications on the AS/400 platform.

Responsibilities:

ssist in the development, maintenance, and support of AS/400 (IBM iSeries) applications.

Write, debug, test, and document RPG code.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on the AS/400 platform.

Participate in training sessions to master AS/400.

Provide day-to-day support and serve as a backup for the IT Manager as needed.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and contribute to technical solutions.

Performs other duties as assigned. Experience:

5+ years of IT experience

Experience with midrange AS/400 systems and operations.

Experience developing code using RPG

Prior experience in Manufacturing, Distribution or Automotive environment preferred

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
