Requirements to Apply:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
Three or more years of full-time RN experience (part-time equivalent considered).
Active and unencumbered Ohio RN license.
Ability to provide official transcripts for all degrees earned.
Current or obtainable American Heart Association BLS certification.
Willingness to work onsite and at off-site clinical locations.
Meet all credentialing requirements for clinical placements (transcripts, BLS/ACLS, physical, immunizations).
This role focuses on delivering clinical and lab instruction for Med-Surg nursing education within a practical nursing program. Responsibilities include:
Teaching students in off-site clinical settings.
Delivering hands-on skills instruction and creating engaging learning environments.
Planning and coordinating student clinical experiences.
Supervising and orienting learners to clinical policies and procedures.
Evaluating student performance and providing timely feedback to support their academic success.
Collaborating with academic teams and participating in curriculum committees for continuous improvement.
