About the Role

As a Project Manager on PSI's Project Management team, you will take on the creative and rewarding challenge of managing client implementations from start to finish. This permanent role offers flexible working arrangements while requiring core availability during standard business hours. While primarily remote, there may be opportunities for occasional travel for meetings and workshops.

Role Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project management for client implementations.

Define project requirements and scope effectively.

Create and maintain detailed project plans, tracking progress diligently.

Utilize PSI applications for project feature implementation.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design project specifications.

Ensure timely project delivery while upholding high quality standards.

Produce essential documentation, including risk logs and requirement specs.

Manage stakeholder relationships, fostering collaboration within teams.

Identify and mitigate potential risks, proactively resolving any challenges.

Seek avenues for continuous improvement and propose new project initiatives.

Effectively juggle multiple projects while prioritizing tasks efficiently.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Requirements

5-7 years of proven project management experience.

Proficient in web-based project management tools such as MS Project or Jira.

Familiarity with content management systems and HTML/CSS is preferred.

Extensive experience in stakeholder management.

Certifications such as Prince2, PMP, or Agile methodology.

Experience in onboarding or implementing SaaS platforms.

Background in the testing industry and assessment delivery platforms is advantageous.

Comfortable working in distributed team environments.
