Scheduler

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Construction Scheduler to join a leading electrical substation construction firm in Bremen, GA.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in managing multiple construction schedules simultaneously, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and seamless coordination across major infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and update detailed construction schedules using Primavera P6 Coordinate with project teams to align schedules with billing, invoicing, and bid timelines Analyze project progress and adjust schedules to meet critical deadlines Communicate schedule impacts and updates to project managers and stakeholders Support project delivery for high-profile data center and renewable energy projects Requirements: 3–5 years of experience in construction scheduling Proficiency with Primavera (P6) Strong communication and organizational skills Preferred: Experience with substation construction, Procore, Microsoft Project, or a background in Industrial Engineering or Project Management Additional Details: Location: Bremen, GA (Hybrid schedule available after training) Pay Rate: $45.67–$55.29/hr (equivalent to $95K–$115K annually, DOE) Hours: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm Travel: Less than 10%, to nearby states Work Environment: Business casual
