Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations: maintain profit and loss by adhering to cash control/security procedures, managing inventory, labor, and reviewing financial reports for timely actions.

Plan and facilitate the professional growth of the management and crew teams.

Collaborate with the general manager to meet and exceed store performance goals.

Ensure an outstanding level of customer service at all times.

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws while completing regular safety, cleaning, and operational checklists to assure guest satisfaction and successful inspections.

Qualifications:

Experience in a salaried role in quick-service or casual dining restaurants.

Fryer experience is preferred.

A solid record of success in increasing sales and profitability.

Strong organizational skills with a passion for developing others.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of food and labor cost controls.

Experience with strategic planning and sales enhancement techniques.

Commitment to high customer service standards.

Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required.

Willingness to work a flexible schedule, especially during nights, weekends, and holidays.

Proven reliability and personal integrity.
