Mechanical Process Development Engineer

Use CAD tools to simulate, test and document new process tooling and fixtures.

Create detailed specifications for new manufacturing equipment.

Conduct, document and track design reviews.

Generate project plan and document per Engineering Department procedures.

Participate on and lead teams as required.

Generate preliminary estimates for Capital Investment Plan.

Conduct Stack-up analysis; be familiar with DFMEA, and Cpk/Ppk/Gage R&R.

Willing to transfer for H1-B VISA if needed

Experience with all or some of the following:

High volume automated manufacturing environment

CAD for design of tooling and fixtures

Familiar with DFMEA / CpK / PPK / Gage R&R

SolidWorks CAD system
