We are seeking a talented and hands-on Kitchen and Bath Design Specialist to craft custom blueprints that bring our clients' visions to life. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of our clients’ needs, combining functionality with their aesthetic preferences while ensuring compliance with all relevant safety and building codes throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

Engage with clients to identify their specific needs and stylish preferences for kitchen and bath spaces.

Proactively suggest additional features that could enhance their experience.

Plan the arrangement of water and electrical systems to prioritize safety.

Draft detailed layouts and visual designs for installations and furnishings.

Recommend suitable materials and finishes based on clients’ ideas and budget.

Guide clients in selecting independent contractors and ensure their work aligns with the client’s vision.

Educate clients on proper maintenance and care for their kitchen and bath spaces.

Document work hours and project activities accurately for client billing.

Adhere strictly to local building and safety regulations throughout all stages of the process.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in kitchen and bath design.

Proficiency with design and visualization software.

A portfolio showcasing completed blueprints and projects.

Robust understanding of local building codes.

Exceptional communication and customer service skills.

Active listening abilities and meticulous attention to detail.

Strong organizational and time management skills.
