As a Channel Development Specialist, you will play an essential role in driving sales and enhancing growth communications by transforming established strategies into clear and impactful deliverables. This position is crucial for enabling key stakeholders, supporting innovative go-to-market initiatives, and ensuring that our communications are data-driven, compliant, and aligned with our enterprise's goals.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Communications Execution
Design and implement dynamic, multi-channel communications that align with our go-to-market strategies and overall business objectives.
Guarantee that messaging is accurate, consistent, and accessible across internal and external platforms.
Program Coordination & Delivery
Assist in the launch of MarketPoint and enterprise initiatives through well-organized communication plans.
Efficiently manage program schedules, documentation, and execution timelines.
Track progress and milestones to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Reporting & Performance Support
Collect and analyze data regarding engagement, utilization, and adoption metrics for sales communications.
Support the development of dashboards and reports that assess the effectiveness of communications.
Identify trends and insights that drive ongoing optimization efforts.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Compliance
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Compliance, Finance, Operations, and other key stakeholders for aligned execution.
Ensure all materials meet regulatory, compliance, and brand standards.
Adaptability & Continuous Improvement
Adjust communication plans in response to changing priorities, risks, or stakeholder needs.
Incorporate feedback and performance insights to improve communication quality and effectiveness.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree.
At least 2 years of project leadership experience.
Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
A strong desire to contribute to an organization focused on enhancing consumer experiences.
Proven success in developing and executing multi-channel communication campaigns for broad and diverse audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree.
At least 2 years of sales experience in the health solutions sector.
PMP/Six Sigma certification.
Travel: This is a remote role; however, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be necessary.
Working Hours
40 hours per week.
Compensation Range
The estimated starting base pay for this full-time position ranges from $115,200 to $158,400 per year. Pay may vary based on geographic location and individual qualifications such as skills, knowledge, experience, and education.
This position is eligible for a bonus incentive plan based on performance at both the company and individual levels.
