Position Summary

The Corporate Human Resource Specialist provides proactive leadership for the HCM/HRIS & Payroll System(s) in addition to supporting all corporate functions with talent acquisition, succession planning, compensation and benefits planning, and employer of choice branding.

To demonstrate success in this fast-paced and dynamic role, you will be able to proactively deliver solutions for best-in-class HCM & Payroll utilization, employer branding, talent planning and employee onboarding experiences.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Evaluate, enhance, design, and implement HCM tools (Paylocity and/or UKG) that support business goals.

Lead full recruitment life cycle for US salaried positions to identify, assess and hire top talent, including sourcing, recruiting, calibration/ selection, and pre-employment processes.

Develop talent pipeline, leveraging contact management, intern / co-op programs, community relations, and social media / employer branding.

Own the requisition tracking, reporting, and goals achievement for US salaried positions.

Administer weekly and bi-weekly payroll

Manage candidate travel & relocation policy administration in partnership with third-party vendor (Navan).

Partner with HR leadership on compensation and equity strategies to support talent attraction and retention.

Design, execute and evolve a social media strategy that expands HFIs audience and brand engagement.

Maintain external (LinkedIn) and internal (SharePoint) social media channels with high quality content that supports our value proposition and contributes to employee engagement.

Skills & Abilities

Demonstrated ability to manage HCM and Payroll administration.

Extensive experience in talent acquisition, including onboarding strategies.

Proactive problem solver with the ability to manage details and projects while responding to changing priorities and feedback.

Highly motivated, passionate, and results oriented.

Education & Experience

Bachelors degree in human resources or business administration

2- 5 years of in-depth HCM and payroll administration experience. Preferably with Paylocity and/or UKG.

2-5 years of talent acquisition, compensation and benefits planning, and employer of choice branding.

Professional communication skills and demonstrated experience in maintaining confidentiality.

Working knowledge of HR and employment laws.

Strong knowledge of the social media and digital space (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
