What You'll Do:

As a Mental Health Therapist at Kolmac, you will be at the center of patient care-building strong therapeutic relationships and delivering high-quality, evidence-based treatment. You'll lead therapy groups, facilitate individual and family sessions, and contribute to integrated treatment plans within our innovative outpatient, and intensive outpatient settings.

Clinical Responsibilities Include:

Provide individual and group psychotherapy for adults in OP and IOP levels of care

Develop and maintain person-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans

Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and level-of-care determinations

Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment approaches, and symptom management to support insight and empowerment

Design and deliver engaging process, psychoeducational and skills groups focused on emotional regulation, coping skills, and mental wellness

Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, nurses, and fellow therapists to provide integrated mental health care

Participate in treatment team meetings, case consultations, and discharge planning

Coordinate care with families, referral sources, and external providers as appropriate

Demonstrates commitment to excellent patient care, which is measured through clinical outcomes, such as patient retention, attendance, successful program completion, transitioning from IOP, OP

Complete clinical documentation accurately and timely

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of direct clinical experience providing mental health treatment

Master's degree in counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field

Active independent licensure:

DC: LPC or LCSW

Strong working knowledge of CBT, DBT, ACT, and trauma-informed care EMDR experience is highly preferred

Comfort using Electronic Medical Records (EMR)

Incentive Compensation:

This position is eligible for additional commission-based compensation tied to clinical group participation and engagement. Therapists earn additional compensation for each participant in their assigned therapy groups.

Total Compensation:

With consistent group census and strong clinical outcomes, total annual compensation is up to $105,000, with the potential for high performers to earn more based on group volume and engagement.
