Degree requirement: BS Mechanical, Agricultural or Civil Engineering Top 3 Skills:

3D modeling

Manufacturing of metallic parts

Good Communication skills Additional Technical Skills -

CAD proficient (Creo, SolidWorks or equivalent software)

Welding processes basic knowledge

Basic manufacturing processes of metallic parts (brunt to shape, forming, stamping)

Metal Casting design and manufacturing basic knowledge

Good communication (Read, Verbal, written) skills (Desired)

Creo Simulate, Ansys, Nastran or similar finite element

Tool design knowledge

Machining process knowledge Soft Skills

Receive/provide feedback and coaching

Engineering curiosity (Desired)

Ability to lead other team members

Able to investigate further/beyond the regular available resources/means
