Primary Purpose of Organization Unit
To provide comprehensive student support and advocacy as a function of the Dean of Students office within the Division of Student Affairs.

Reporting to the Director for Student Conduct, the Associate Director will lead and manage all operations and programs supporting students' access to essential resources, including food, housing, transportation, emergency financial assistance, and other basic needs.
Job Description
Reporting to the Director for Student Conduct, the Associate Director will manage student of concern cases assigned with a primary focus on students in need of basic needs support, including food, housing, transportation, emergency financial assistance, and other basic needs. This role will also serve as a core member of the CARE Team, providing case management for students experiencing crises related to basic needs. The Associate Director will collaborate closely with university departments, community organizations, and external partners to develop and implement comprehensive services that promote student well-being and success.
Management Preference
Masters degree from a regionally accredited institution.
Professional experience with working with and supporting students experiencing hardship in a non-clinical setting.
